Jurat (Oath or Affirmation): $15.00 per Signature
Certified Copy of a Document (I.E. Power Of Attorney): $15.00 per Signature 

 Basic 1st Loan Documents: $125.00
2nd Loan Documents (During the Same Appointment): $50.00
Printing of E-Documents (2 Sets of One Loan): $25.00
Minimum (Depending on Weight & Location) Overnight Fees: $25.00 

Services include:

• Obtaining all signatures required.
• Notarization and proper identification acquiring any additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow.
• Pick-up and delivery.
• Completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.

Travel fee: $2.00/Mile-(Minimum $50.00)

 After-Hours (8:00pm-11:00pm): $25.00
Sundays: $25.00
Holidays: $50.00
Airports: $75.00+$2.00/Mile
Hospitals: $25.00
Bounced Check Fee: $25.00
Wait Time: $ 1.00/Minute (After initial 15 Minutes 

We accept checks and/or cash for payment of notarial services. Payment is due upon arrival.

NOTE: If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there will be no additional charges.

*Fees are still due & payable even if signing does not occur for  any reason upon the Notary’s arrives. Likewise, fees are still due &  payable if the loan does not fund or if the appointment is cancelled 1  hour or less prior to scheduled time.
